FIRST INNINGS

After winning the toss, SRH decided to bat first thinking that their team would make a strong start and put a lot of runs on the board by playing attacking cricket but this could not happen because M. After the 8th over, both the sets were looking good and they were able to play big shots too and they were hitting from both the ends. And in the 11th over main R. Tripathi completed a half-century and was trying to take his team towards a good score. And in the same over, H. Klaseen was out on the boundary line while trying to hit a big shot.

After hitting the catch, S. Iyer also started hitting big. V.Iyer hit six on the last ball of the 13th over and completed his half-century in just 28 balls. In the 14th over, S. Iyer completed his half-century by hitting 6, 4, 6 in 3 consecutive balls and ended the match by hitting another six on the next ball. Both the batsmen remained not out scoring a half-century and giving the team a big win by 8 wickets.
